At Sex Doll Factory, we strive for perfection in every custom creation; however, due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damages within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to ensure health and safety standards are maintained.

  Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 48 hours to confirm the eligibility of the return based on our hygiene and safety protocols.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, securely pack the item in its original shipping crate and materials to prevent further damage during the transit process.

  Inspection and Refund

  After we receive and inspect the returned item at our factory, we will issue a full refund or initiate the production of a replacement unit.
